Down Payment Assistance

The Authority offers down payment assistance in all twenty-four (24) Participating Counties.  This second mortgage program provides down payment and closing cost assistance up to $8,000 at 0%, amortized over twenty (20) years. Income limits and purchase price limits are the maximum available under the Homeownership Program.

The Authority has provided over 1200 homeowners with down payment assistance, totally over $5,700,000.
