How To Become a Lender

The Escambia County Housing Finance Authority would like to thank you for your interest in becoming a participating lender in our Homeownership Program.  The Authority’s program provides a below market interest rate in twenty-four (24) Counties in the State of Florida.   One of the largest hurdles in purchasing a home is a lack of down payment funds.  In the previous issue the Authority provided up to $8,000 down payment and closing cost assistance to each homebuyer, as needed.
