The Escambia County Housing Finance Authority would like to thank you for your interest in becoming a participating lender in our First Time Homebuyer Program.  The Authority’s program provides a below market interest rate in 24 Counties in the State of Florida.   One of the largest hurdles in purchasing a home is a lack of down payment funds.  The Authority provides down payment and closing cost assistance to each homebuyer.
