Proposed 120-Unit Rental Development Location: 625 East Olive Road, Pensacola, Florida


 The Escambia County Housing Finance Authority and Vestcor (the Developer) held a public meeting on October 1, 2019 for the purpose of receiving citizen input regarding the proposed 120-unit mixed income rental development on the 10-acre parcel owned by the Authority located at 625 East Olive Road, Pensacola, Florida.  The Authority is interested in receiving additional comments or suggestions regarding the proposed development and is providing this dedicated webpage for this purpose.  Your comments and suggestions will be shared with the governing Board of the Authority and with the Escambia County staff, along with the County Commissioner for District Three.

It is our desire to see the parcel developed with high quality, mixed income rental units, including complimenting amenities, that are suitably scaled to the surrounding community and which will serve as an asset to the community going forward.
