The federal government has designated these Targeted Areas as neighborhoods which need additional help in development and identified them by census tracts.

Does a Property Qualify?
Find out if a property falls within a Targeted Area by visiting the FFIEC website. Simply enter the full address of the property you are interested in and the website will inform you of the property’s census tract number. If this number is one of those listed above, your prospective home qualifies.
