Ms. Ward has been a real estate broker since 1980. Ms. Ward created her own company in 1984. In addition to being a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), holding the designation of Community Association Management, she is also listed in Who's Who in International Business. She has been a member of the Pensacola Downtown Improvement Board since 1991, serving as chairman in 1997 and 1998. Professionally, she has been very active with the local and state Realtor's associations. She was chosen Realtor of the Year in 1993, and served as president of the Pensacola Association of Realtors in 1999. She served as chairman of the Florida Association of Realtors' Property Management Council and as vice president of the Association's District 9 in 2001. Mr. Ward attended Pensacola Junior College and the University of South Alabama earning a B.S. in civil engineering. He is a licensed engineer in Alabama, Mississippi and Florida as well as a licensed surveyor in Alabama. Mr. Maloy is Vice-President of Commercial Real Estate Lending with Hancock National Bank and has more than 28 years of experience in banking and finance. Mr. Cobb retired as President of Whitney National Bank and has more than 35 years of experience in banking and finance. He earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from Florida State University and is a graduate of the Banking Graduate School of South Louisiana University. He is a member of the National Association of Local Housing Finance Agencies, the Florida Association of Local Housing Finance Authorities, as well as a board member of the AMR Community Development Corporation and a member of the Pensacola North Rotary Club.
