The Escambia County Housing Finance Authority (ECHFA) meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 5:00 p.m CST in the conference room at its office located at 700 South Palafox St., Ste. 310, Pensacola, FL 32502.
The Authority´s annual notice of its Public Meeting Schedule is published each year in the Pensacola News Journal prior to its first meeting in January. The Authority’s monthly meetings are also noticed in the Pensacola News Journal by the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners in its weekly Meeting Schedule. The weekly Meeting Schedule which includes the Authority’s meetings typically appears in the paper on the Saturday preceding the Authority’s meetings.
Meetings of the Authority are open to the public. In accordance with the Uniform Special District Accountability Act, agendas for the Authority’s meetings and/or workshops, along with any meeting materials are available in electronic format (excluding confidential and exempt information). Agendas and meeting materials can be accessed on the Authority’s paperless eGoverance Site: BoardDocs (www.boarddocs.com).

Interested persons are advised that should they decide to appeal a decision made by the ECHFA Board with respect to any matter considered at its meetings, they will need a record of the proceedings of the meeting. Since the ECHFA does not make verbatim records of its meetings, such person may need to independently secure a record that should include the testimony or evidence on which the appeal is to be based.
